After reading reviews, I feel unsatisfactory on the product quality or wrong doing in sending damage product and irresponsible & poor management on return damage product.
I have few suggestions and if these options is considered by FronTech. I believe your sale volumes will rise just like anything.
1) COD payment options
2) Open box delivery option
3) If found damage or unsatisfaction on package system parcel must return immediately to the delivery agent.
We have already complained about the damaged monitor received and submitted all documentation regarding the damaged product. The sound bar speaker is excellent, the only thing i personally would’ve liked more is a button to power on and off. The sound and build quality is excellent i’m not an audiophile but this gives crisp sound. Delivery and packaging were also good with timely updates.
I ordered this monitor + power bank and company showing me 4 items free, mouse, keyboard, neckband earphone & phone stand. But when I receive this order keyboard not in the parcel.
The package was damaged though the contents were OK. The monitor sits in only one angle which cannot be changed. Is it that some part of the stand is missing? Dont know. I cannot return because the package was received in my absence and I could not check until after 3 days of receipt.
