Return & Refund Policy
1. 7-Day Replacement Policy
Customers are eligible for a replacement within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
· The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
· A replacement request is submitted within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by valid photo/video evidence.
· The item must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
· The product delivered is damaged or incorrect.
· A return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery via email or phone, with supporting photo/video proof.
3. Return Process
· Upon approval of the return request, Frontech will arrange a pickup.
· Returned products must be in their original condition, with all included accessories, manuals, and packaging.
· Opened, used, or tampered items will not be accepted.
4. Replacements & Refunds
· Upon successful return and inspection, eligible replacements will be dispatched.
· Refunds for eligible cancellations or returns will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days, subject to your bank or card provider's processing timelines.
5. Order Cancellation
· Frontech reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, policy violations, stock unavailability, or logistics issues.
· Customers may cancel orders prior to confirmation and processing. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Some products are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or usage concerns. These include, but are not limited to:
· Personal-use electronics (e.g., earphones, headphones, wearables) once opened or used
· Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, barcodes, or packaging
· Software, digital goods, or licenses once delivered or activated
· Consumables or accessories (e.g., cables, chargers, batteries) that have been opened or used
Such items will only be eligible for replacement if received damaged or defective and reported within the designated time frame.
7. Warranty Information

8. Shipping Costs
· Return shipping is free for approved return or replacement requests due to Frontech’s error.
· If the return is not due to an error on Frontech’s part, shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
