Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's status and estimated delivery date.

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

-The product delivered is damaged or incorrect.

-A return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery via email or phone, with supporting photo/video proof. An unboxing video must be taken while opening the product.

All Frontech products come with a standard manufacturer's warranty.

Frontech reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, policy violations, stock unavailability, or logistics issues.
Customers may cancel orders before confirmation and processing. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
